Why?

I'm convinced that a vast majority of being an effective designer, communicator or creative professional isn't about inspiration, perspiration, creativity, or having a gift.

Virtually everything hinges on knowing exactly the right questions to ask.

Your intuition is no good if you're not feeding it the right kind of answers at the beginning of a project. In reviewing a lot of case studies recently, I'm beginning to notice that failure, delays, general missteps and unimpressive results are very often caused by the wrong kinds of questions, or the lack of enough good ones.
