It was a thrill in 2016 to immerse myself in the world of young minds at The Agency at UF, and learn about how they were shaking up the world with their perspectives and attitudes towards life, work, brands and purpose. My "First 100 Days" as Creative Director were all about encapsulating their impact and delivering a message of how The Agency was a unique opportunity for brands to learn and experiment with us. The result was an expanded identity system including this capabilities brochure, produced by StorterChilds Printing Co. and photographed here by John Jernigan. Featuring an industrial look with metallic papers and a screw post binding that matched The Agency's garage-inspired studio space, the introductory message inside challenged the Millennial stereotype of taking the blame for "killing" dozens of industries. "The only thing Millennials (and Gen Z) are killing is your status quo".
